Brendan Williams of MEMOS XXVI in English was re-elected as President of the Dominica Athletics Association in May of 2026.

Brendan is a former high jump athlete representing Dominica at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi (2010) and Glasgow (2014). He serves as the Chair of the Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) Athletes Advisory Commission, Chair of the Dominica Athletes Commission, and is a Board Member of the Dominica Olympic Committee. Brendan is also a member of the Athletes Commission of the Caribbean Association of National Olympic Committees (CANOC). His thesis project for MEMOS was titled: “Creating Strategies to Increase Exposure and Revenue for the Dominica Athletics Association.”
