As part of the MEMOS programme, participants successfully followed the Marketing and Finance courses in Cotonou, engaging in dynamic discussions, case studies, and practical learning sessions designed to strengthen their strategic and managerial competencies in sport organizations.

Beyond the academic programme, the group enjoyed an enriching cultural experience in Benin. We were warmly welcomed by Benin National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOS-BEN), whose hospitality and support throughout the stay were truly exceptional. One of the highlights of the visit was a wonderful evening featuring traditional dance performances and a fantastic dinner, offering participants a vibrant taste of Beninese culture.

The programme also included visits to important historical sites, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of the country’s heritage. A particularly memorable experience was the visit to the Sacred Forest, the Amazon site, and the Temple of Pythons, where participants enjoyed a close encounter with pythons while discovering the profound spiritual and cultural significance of these remarkable places.

These beautiful shared moments strengthened not only professional knowledge but also the bonds within the MEMOS community, making this module in Benin both academically rewarding and culturally unforgettable.
