Program objectives: The MEMOS (Executive Master’s in Sports Organization Management) aims to enable professionals working in international or national sports organizations to acquire and improve the skills necessary for the effective administration of their respective organizations in key areas of management.

Program structure: The MEMOS program (Spanish edition) consists of three in-person modules, each lasting 11/12 days, and a final professional master’s project. Each module takes place in a different city.

The subjects are taught by university professors and professionals in sports management in the Olympic context.

Throughout the program, each participant must complete a professional project on management in a specific sports organization (preferably the one where they work), under the guidance of a tutor. In each classroom module, tutors provide support and monitor the projects. The public presentation of the projects and the awarding of diplomas take place in Lausanne.
