MEMOSIANS, we are so excited to meet you with our Italian host team Tre Emme Sport in Rome! We have two important updates for you below, 1) The Programme and 2) The MEMOS Survey!

First, the long awaited Programme:

Please plan to arrive in Rome by December 2nd, 2025. We will enjoy three days together for our Convention, December 3rd – December 5th.

On December 5th, Olympic Solidarity and the Italian Olympic Committee have worked together so we can meet IOC President Kirsty Coventry for a photo together during her visit to Rome for the Milano Cortina 2026 Torch Relay start.

Departure from the Convention is on December 6th. You can see a more detailed Programme of events below. 

Second, the MEMOS Survey by Bean Research:
