MEMOS XXVI was warmly welcomed by the Liechtenstein Olympic Committee this May for the third session of the program. In between the Financial Management and Project and Event Management modules, the group got a tour of the capital, Vaduz, and attended a special panel on “How we live the Olympic Values “Excellence, respect & friendship” and the adapted Olympic Motto: “Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together”. Moderated by Memosian, Vita Balsyte (MEMOS XX), the panel included, among others, Princess Nora of Liechtenstein, International Olympic Committee (IOC) member, Diana Aguiar Santos, professor at ESECS -Politécnico de Leiria, Christian Klaue from the IOC, Natasha Klis (MEMOS XXIII) from the Comité National Olympic et Sportif Français, and Maryam Jafari (MEMOS XXIII) from the Iranian Olympic Committee. Particular thanks go to the Secretary General, Beat Wachter, and the Administration and Communications Manager, Patrick Risch, for all their efforts in making this session a truly memorable experience.
